Refund Policy

The short version
Posters are digital goods generated on demand. All sales are final. We will, however, consider refunds case-by-case for verifiable technical failures on our end. If something went wrong with your order, email us — we want to make it right.
Why we don’t offer general refunds
Each poster is custom-generated using paid AI inference at the moment you check out, then upscaled, packaged, and delivered as a downloadable zip. Once the file has been generated and made available to you, the cost has been incurred and the digital asset cannot be “returned”. Offering open-ended refunds on digital goods that have already been downloaded creates an obvious fraud risk.
When we will issue a refund
We’ll issue a full refund (or, at your option, regenerate your order at no charge) in cases like:
- The zip file was never delivered to you, and the issue persisted for more than 24 hours after checkout.
- The delivered files are corrupted, blank, or otherwise unusable through no fault of your own.
- You were charged but no order was created on our end (very rare — usually a webhook delay that resolves on its own within minutes).
- A duplicate charge appears for the same order.
When we generally won’t issue a refund
- You don’t like the artistic interpretation. Each style is previewed before checkout — the final render uses the same model on the same input.
- You ordered the wrong style, location, or photo. Double-check the preview before paying.
- You changed your mind after downloading the files.
- The output doesn’t exactly match real-world geography or architecture. Our generator is interpretive, not photographic.
How to request a refund
- Email colby.ray@hyportdigital.com within 14 days of your order.
- Include your order email address, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
- If the issue is technical (corrupted file, missing zip), attach a screenshot or describe what you see.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to reach your card.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues can be resolved more quickly by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution and, where the chargeback is unsubstantiated, may result in suspension of your account.
